WHAT OTHERS SAY
I have had the privilege of both, being mentored by Ed and observing his expertise as a trainer. Ed will not tell a person what they want to hear, but what they need to hear. He does this with respect and humility, and the results reflect that. Whether it is constructive criticism or commendation. Ed will be the first to do it. He coaches and trains others, but never neglects his own education. He is always striving to be the best he can be, personally and professionally. For Ed, there is no destination, only a journey. The journey to become a consummate coach and professional. It is an honor to call him my friend.
Sergeant Cade Brenchley, Utah Highway Patrol
IIt’s been over 10 years since Ed and I first teamed up. Initially, I served as his assistant women’s soccer coach, and later, I took the role of Sports Information Director. Ed’s mentorship has remained a guiding force in my coaching journey; his invaluable insights of navigating diverse personalities have proven instrumental in my success as a coac, both in high school and the collegiate level. Ed’s influence continues to shape my approach, making every step of this journey uniquely impactful. I cannot thank Ed enough for all he has given me. These lesson extend beyon the confines of the field and bleed into every area of my life. I am forever grateful.
Mike Manning, Entrepreneur and Assistant Soccer Coach, May River High School

Janae Glover, Teacher and Avalanche Team Manager
Ed is my mentor in coaching and life. HE is dedicated to improving his teams, players, and community. He recognizes the value of hard work and reaches players at all levels. Each player feels challenged and appreciated for their endeavors. Few coaches can influence players and communities in a positive direction, as well as Ed.
Ray Larsen, Owner 4K Construction and Tsunami Soccer Founder
